What to Expect During Treatment

You'll lie fully clothed on our Hill DT table, and a padded harness will be gently secured around your hips or neck, depending on the area being treated. The table’s computerized system adjusts to your body’s needs in real time, ensuring a gentle and precise stretch.
Most sessions last around 20–30 minutes. Patients often describe the experience as relaxing, and some even fall asleep during treatment. There’s no downtime—you're free to resume normal activities afterward.
